Individuals who are eligible to become Koop Sahabat members are:
Sahabat Usahawan of Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia who have accumulated the mandatory savings of at least RM120.00, can apply for a deduction of their mandatory deposit, ranging from RM120.00 to RM520.00, by submitting a form at the AIM Branch Office.
However, for new Sahabat members of Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia who do not yet have sufficient mandatory savings for membership registration, they may apply by making a minimum cash payment of RM120.00 into the Cooperative’s account/s as follows:

Next, applicants must submit the completed application form to the Koop Sahabat HQ or the Sahabat Ar- Rahnu Branch, along with the following documents:
Alternatively, a payment of RM120.00 can be made through the Sahabat Super Apps.
Cooperative members may increase their shares at any time, with a minimum amount of RM10.00, using the methods outlined in item (3). The decision is entirely up to the members. Cooperative shares can be increased at any time as low as RM10.00 through the means specified in item (3). It is up to the cooperative members themselves.
An application to withdraw from cooperative membership also known as ‘Penyelesaian Anggota’ can be made at any time, and the full amount of share capital will be refunded. However, under the Withdrawal category, AIM has decided that ‘Sahabat Usahawan Aktif’ who have become ‘Anggota’ cannot withdraw from membership. ‘Anggota Sahabat Aktif’ must first cease to be ‘Sahabat Usahawan Aktif AIM’ before applying to resign from the Cooperative.
Complete the membership withdrawal form, available on the Koop Sahabat website or at any Sahabat Ar-Rahnu branch.
Submit or mail the completed application form, along with the required documents to Koop Sahabat HQ.
The payment process will take up to six (6) months from the month following the receipt of the form for the Withdrawal and Partial Share withdrawal categories, and three (3) months for other categories, starting from the month after the application is received by Koop Sahabat HQ.

ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING FOR SAHABAT MEMBERS
Fill out the Koop CARE Form available on Koop Sahabat website or at any nearby Sahabat Ar- Rahnu branch.
Attach the required documents, including photo evidence and a police report (if applicable).
Submit or mail the completed application form, along with the required documents, to Koop Sahabat HQ or the nearest Sahabat Ar-Rahnu branch.
The application will be reviewed and approved at Koop Sahabat HQ, with payment processed within two months of receiving the form.
