Gemalai Primary Industry Sdn Bhd (GPISB) (formerly known as Gemalai Plantation Sdn Bhd) is a subsidiary of the Koperasi Sahabat Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia Berhad (“Koop Sahabat”) group. Koop Sahabat took over Gemalai Plantation Sdn Bhd on September 22, 2014.
- GPISB farm has 2 divisions namely Division A and Division B.
- Current total area: 980.62 hectares @ 2,423 acres
- Planting area: 899 hectares
- This farmland belongs to Yayasan Kelantan Darul Naim (YAKIN)
- Oil palm trees aged 10 to 12 years old

Swiftlet's Nest (Bird’s Nest)
- Other ancillary business activities undertaken by GPISB are swiftlet’s nest enterprises
- Swiftlet’s nests have helped in increasing GPISB income and in turn providing more returns to Koop Sahabat
- The swiftlet houses are located at GPISB farm
- GPISB farm has 3 units of swiftlet houses located at Division A and 1 unit of swiftlet houses located at Division B
- GPISB is planning to build 3 more units of swiftlet houses at Division A and renovate 1 unit of swiftlet house at Division B

Logging Project at Hutan Simpan Berkelah, Jerantut, Pahang
- Hutan Simpan Berkelah (HSK) Jerantut, Pahang has 6 blocks and they are Block B, Block C, Block D1, Block D2, Block E, and Block F
- Area: 6,591.7 acres
- Logging production for Block C (432 acres) has already started in September 2018
- Block B is expected to start generating logging revenue by 2020
- Blocks D1, D2, E, and F are in the process of obtaining a license
